When closing down your outdoor pool in preparation for the winter, you will need to ensure that you protect it from the weather.

By taking the correct steps, your pool will be ready to re-open and enjoy as soon as the weather is warm again! As all pools differ, we strongly advise that you contact us in September each year to arrange the professional close down of your pool.
We can carry out an extensive closing down of your pool, which will include the following:

Checking the water chemistry and the introduction of winterising chemicals. Check water balance Check winterisation chemicals
Clearing the pool of all debris. Vacuum sweep pool Check skimmer strainer and pump strainer Remove any algae growth from walls and floor
Closing down of the circulation system, which will include the draining of the filtration system. Lower water level in pool Drain down filter and pump Isolate both of the above
Removal of solar cover if required. Check for any breakages Clean down and store for winter
Installation of winter debris cover. Install and tension debris cover over pool
